Every reasonable effort will be made to protect the customer's vehicle and property during the repair. However, because repairs are performed at the customer's location, incidental spills or stains from automotive fluids (including engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, fuel, or other automotive fluids) may occur despite the use of drip pans, absorbent materials, and other protective measures. Repairs performed using jacks, jack stands, or creepers may also leave minor marks, indentations, or other blemishes on driveways, garage floors, or other surfaces. The customer acknowledges this inherent risk of mobile automotive repair and agrees that the technician is not responsible for minor incidental staining, marks, or blemishes resulting from the normal performance of repair services. Any significant spill or damage resulting from negligence will be addressed promptly and remedied to the extent reasonably possible.
I authorize the repairs described above to be performed at the location specified. I understand that this estimate is based on the visible condition of the vehicle and that additional labor or parts may be required due to excessive corrosion, seized or broken fasteners, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, hidden damage, or other unforeseen conditions.
